Payment is due in full at the time of service. Customers seeking reimbursement from extended warranties, manufacturers, or third parties must handle those claims independently. Albright Tech RV Repair does not bill third parties directly unless explicitly agreed to in writing prior to service.
If interior access is required for the scheduled service, the customer must be present at the RV for the duration of the appointment. If the technician arrives and cannot gain needed access, a Gone on Arrival fee may apply.
Customers are granted a 10-minute grace period to be on-site at the scheduled appointment time. If the customer is not present within this period, a Gone on Arrival (GOA) fee will be charged, valued at 50% of one hour of service plus the standard service call fee.
Any parts order exceeding $300.00 requires a non-refundable deposit paid in advance before the parts will be ordered. All special-order parts are non-refundable, and the deposit may not be transferred or applied to other services.
All required fields in the service request form must be completed before a service appointment will be scheduled. Incomplete forms may result in delayed or denied appointments.
All parts provided by Albright Tech RV Repair are warranted solely by the manufacturer or supplier. The Company assumes no liability for defects or failures outside the scope of installation.
Labor is warranted for 60 days from the date of service or as long as we are in the immediate service area, whichever is shorter.
Exclusions:
Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a service call fee. Repeated cancellations may result in refusal of future service.
Albright Tech RV Repair is not liable for pre-existing issues or failures not related to the services provided. We are also not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic, supply chain delays, or other circumstances outside of our control. Customers must secure pets, valuables, and fragile items prior to service.
We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason including, but not limited to: unsafe working environments, inappropriate behavior, or non-payment history.
By scheduling service, placing a deposit, or allowing work to begin, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service.
